We are delighted to share this inspiring journey of Niklas, whose time at OSM Aviation Academy had been nothing short of remarkable. From his early days as a student, Niklas demonstrated a deep passion for aviation that has only grown stronger with time.

Through dedication and hard work, Niklas steadily progressed within our organization, eventually ascending to the role of Base Chief in Västerås. His exceptional leadership skills and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in the success of our aviation family. 

Niklas's journey continued to unfold as he embraced new challenges. After serving as a dedicated Base Chief, Niklas's passion for aviation and good leadership led him to take on a new role as the Head of Training (HT).

In his new position, Niklas plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals. His wealth of experience and commitment make him the perfect candidate to guide and mentor aspiring pilots on their path to success.

As a testament to the opportunities offered at OSM Aviation Academy, Niklas and others at OSMAA were presented with the unique chance to undergo the Norwegian assessment through our exclusive partnership with Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS). His relentless drive and commitment culminated in successfully passing the Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS) assessment, showcasing the incredible growth and opportunities at OSM Aviation Academy.
